Who is your culinary inspiration?I owe my inspiration amd love for the culinary arts to the culture I grew up around, being up under my mother in the kitchen and care taking for my grandmother. With all of that mixed together I create culinary experiences with fusions of the south, thw Caribbean, some Asian zing and my personal twist on everything.
What would you do with the $25,000?I really want my own food truck so I can feed as many people as possible. I also aspire to feed those that cant afford to eat quality meals regularly. And lastly I wish to have regular experiences where I can cultivate gatherings of culinary artists to display their craft and share it with asany people as possible. I have so much I want to do!
