Kibinai are my signature dish because they represent my Lithuanian heritage and my passion for sharing authentic European flavors. I have perfected this traditional recipe over the years, combining a flaky handmade pastry with perfectly seasoned fillings. Every kibinas tells a story of culture, family traditions, and my love for bringing people together through food.

My biggest cooking inspiration is my mother, who taught me that food is more than just a meal—it’s a way to bring people together and share love. Growing up, I learned the value of homemade cooking, tradition, and using fresh ingredients with care. Over the years, my passion for food has grown through traveling and experiencing different cultures. From comforting Southern soul food to modern international cuisine, every place I’ve visited has inspired me to explore new flavors

If I win, I plan to invest the money into opening a small, cozy European-style café or food truck where I can share authentic recipes, fresh pastries, and traditional dishes from my travels and Lithuanian heritage. My goal is to create a warm place where people can experience the flavors and hospitality of Europe right here in Jacksonville.
