Who is your culinary inspiration?I am profoundly inspired by chef Vikas Khanna who prove that food is a powerful force for global good. Watching how Chef Khanna uses his platform to feed millions through philanthropy and elevate traditional heritage flavors inspired me to find a higher purpose in my own cooking. Like my inspirations, I want to use my culinary voice to bridge cultures, tell stories, and give back to my community.
What would you do with the $25,000?I will use the prize money to invest deeply in my culinary future by building a professional home studio to launch a cooking channel . My goal is to break down complex techniques and show people that high-quality cooking is accessible to everyone at home. This money will provide the high-end camera gear, kitchen renovations, and ingredients needed to share my heritage recipes with the world."
