I have many, yet if I had to choose one it would be my Blueberry Cheesecake cookie.
Who is your culinary inspiration?God! I’ve been baking since I was 12, and although my grandmother suggested it as a childhood hustle, God has reminded me that it is one of my gifts to people. When He told me to leave my career as a police officer, I knew that my stewardship with this particular gift was needed. He is the one who ignited the fire in me to bake again and to LOVE doing it.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would allocate a portion of the $25,000 to equipment and supplies for my in home bakery as my demand has increased exponentially. I would use the remainder to invest in my first official location!
