Receive Text UpdatesMy signature style is creating elevated grazing tables and charcuterie experiences inspired by my Goan heritage and global flavours. I also love showcasing traditional Goan food through modern presentation from spicy chorizo, banana cutlets, and homemade chutneys to Indo-Portuguese flavours that celebrate culture and connection. Every table I create tells a story of warmth, family, tradition, and community.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration comes from my Goan roots, family traditions, and the incredible people who have shared recipes, stories, and culture with me over the years. I’m inspired by Vikas Khanna for celebrating heritage through food, but most of all by the women in my family who cooked authentic Goan meals with love, passion, and heart long before food became a trend.
What would you do with the $25,000?Winning the $25,000 would help me grow Ashney’s Artisans into a larger culinary and creative brand focused on charcuterie experiences, handcrafted products, and authentic Goan-inspired cuisine. One of my biggest dreams is to create and publish a cookbook that preserves traditional Goan recipes, family stories, and cultural flavours for future generations. I want to showcase the beauty of Goan food through modern presentation while staying true to its roots. This opportunity would help me.
