Receive Text UpdatesI cook for 3 celiacs and this is one dish that makes my husband, teenagers, a 2 year old, and 7 year old very happy. It also makes mom happy because it has all the food groups in it. It is simple enough, but packed with flavor and the unusual twist of combining Mexican with noodles.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My first inspiration with cooking was always my mom . She baked with me and let me lick the bowl always! Brownies, fudge, drip beef tacos, she could do it all. Now, aa an adult , i am at awe when I watch Ree Drumman cook for her family, Bobby Flay, and Carla Hall. I enjoy the joy, the passion they all have when they cook. I like personality that is brought into the food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to take some cooking classes . My son is actually taking some this summer. I have been working towards my bachlors in teaching , so this would also help with that. I am a mom of a large family and while they like my food, a better educated mom with culinary arts is happier kids for sure!
