Who is your culinary inspiration?My father. He was an Italian immigrant who took his Mother’s skills and passed them down to me. I am forever grateful. His love for cooking taught me how cooking is love.
What would you do with the $25,000?My dream is to be able to jar my pasta sauce. Feeding people is love and I want to share my love through food to everyone.
