This centerpiece is paired with braised garden greens and aromatic steamed rice, then finished with a silk-textured, house-specialty curry gravy—a recipe that harmonizes deep, traditional flavors with a vibrant, global spice profile.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

​My culinary philosophy is rooted in a dual legacy of professional excellence. I was raised under the mentorship of two distinct chefs—my grandmother and my father—whose mastery of their respective kitchens instilled in me a deep respect for the craft. From them, I learned that the secret to a successful kitchen isn't just technical precision, but the soul and intention behind every plate. If I had to choose someone famous it would be "The Pioneer Woman", Ree Drummond.

What would you do with the $25,000?

​I would establish a brick-and-mortar location to represent the culmination of a dedicated professional journey. The objective is to transition from a private service model into a permanent, intimate dining space designed to foster community and genuine human connection. By prioritizing a residential-inspired atmosphere, the restaurant will serve as a venue where high-level culinary artistry meets the warmth of personal hospitality.
