Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is rouladen. It represents my style as a self-taught chef, intentional layered, and technique-driven. I build flavor step by step, focusing on detail and balance while pulling inspiration from different global cooking styles I’ve made my own.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Gordon Ramsay. What I admire most isnt just his skill,but his discipline, attention to detail,and standard he holds for himself in every dish. Watching him pushed me to take cooking seriously,focusing on technique, flavor balance, and consistency. A major influence in how I approach cooking.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25K, I would invest part of it into culinary classes to continue developing my technique and deepen my understanding of professional cooking. I would use the rest to take steps toward building a small food concept of my own something I can grow gradually, starting with a strong foundation rather than rushing into it. My goal is to keep learning, refining my craft, and moving toward eventually owning a space that reflects my style of cooking.
