My signature dishes are flavorful vegan soul food classics made with love and creativity. From my famous vegan fried fish with creamy vegan mac and cheese and seasoned greens to transforming almost any comfort food into a delicious vegan dish, I love proving that plant-based food can be just as soulful, satisfying, and full of flavor. Cooking is my passion, and I enjoy bringing people together through meals that are comforting, creative, and unforgettable.

Who is your culinary inspiration?

My culinary inspiration comes from my mother, who I watched cook with love and passion for our family and community ever since I was a child. Seeing how she brought people together through food inspired my own love for cooking. Over the years, watching talented chefs on the Food Network has also motivated me to grow creatively and turn comforting, flavorful dishes into my own style of vegan cuisine.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000, I would use it to grow my vegan business and make my vegan products and culinary creations more available in grocery stores, markets, and communities everywhere. My goal is to expand my brand, reach families across America and beyond, and show people that vegan food can be flavorful, comforting, and accessible while bringing people together through healthier, soulful meals.
