Who is your culinary inspiration?My mother was my inspiration she was a vegetarian who cooked meat dishes without tasting. Cooked to perfection with flavor. Also influenced by Nikko Landis and Marco Pierre White.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would like to infuse money into my catering company and start a Meal delivery business for Medical Patients
