Who is your culinary inspiration?Anthony Bourdain. well his book 'Kitchen Confidential' after reading it i was hooked. i was never a straight A student. so after High School i applied for a Community College program got into this industtry shortly after. before the glitz and glamour i loved the Edginess, the missfits, the passion. Gave me purpose and a sense of belonging.
What would you do with the $25,000?The Ultimate Dream of a chef being your own Boss ive worked for other people all my life, its my turn to take a leap of faith and open up something on my own, with the support of my wife and two kids. $25k can open the door on something small but i can call it my own.
