Who is your culinary inspiration?My partner! She is from Hong Kong and I have never met or had any food from that part of the world before meeting her. So she opened a door to a world full of new flavours and cooking styles. We traveled to Asia and She showed me all of her favourite family dinners and I chose my favourite.
