My signature dish is what I call The Everything Chicken - a stuffed chicken breast that started as a creative clean-out-the-kitchen meal and became the most requested dish I make. Every version is a little different, built around seasonal vegetables, cheeses, sausage and whatever is on-hand or inspires me in the moment. Its comforting, elevated, and designed to feel like a complete experience in one dish. What I love most is that it brings people together, and its asked for again and again.

My culinary inspiration started when I was 8 years old. I asked my mom to teach me how to make scrambled eggs and spaghetti. I began collecting recipes and creating my own cookbook long before I understood that food was art. I grew up watching my mom, dad and grandma create in the kitchen, always wanting to help. Today I am inspired by emotion, the seasons and creativity in the moment- creating dishes that are beautiful, flavorful & bring people together through food made from my heart &

With the $25K, I would love to create a cookbook filled with beautiful, inspiring dishes that I can share with others. Food has always been my creative outlet and a way to bring people together. There is something incredibly rewarding about inspiring others to cook, create and bring food to life in their own homes. I would love to turn that passion into something lasting- sharing dishes that nourish not just through flavor and presentation, but through comfort, connection and heart.
