Receive Text UpdatesI love Italian food and Thai food. Being plant-based I have an option to change some things that requires meat. I'm looking forward to challenging myself when it comes to cook and plant-based.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom is the one that who inspired me. When I was younger and I had to make a box cake she always asked me how did you make this cake so moist. She told me I have skills and I should pursue on becoming a chef. My mom passed away last year and I'm going to continue on making her proud of me and not to give up. She also told me I'm always smiling when I'm cooking. So I want to keep on smiling when I'm cooking and I'm going to think about her when I do.
What would you do with the $25,000?I want to be my own investor. As a holistic chef I want to create delicious plant-base food also create a cookbook. Very soon I will be doing my ebook and go from there. Also I have a business that which is a brand. Looking forward to complete what I have started
