Who is your culinary inspiration?I am inspired by many chefs the list is endless. But I can say my one true inspiration comes from the chefs that taught me the skills I have to become a great chef that im destined to be.. Shout out to Lattc culinary department.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would definitely use the money to grow my catering business.. I wanna be able to create great food thats affordable to all. I would also give back to my community. I see so many people hungry and it hurts my soul. I may not be able to feed the world but I will start in the community I come from...we all gotta start somewhere this is a start..
