Receive Text UpdatesBeing Latino pork rice and beans. But I am a very strong grill cook so anything on a grill. I have mostly have done American and Italian cuisine. I am willing to explain my experience. I love learning new recipes.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My father is my inspiration and I also had uncles in the culinary. One uncle is in ice carving many of awards around the world. In the 80’s he was considered the best in the U S. He also worked with Wolfgang puck in California. So I have a lot of inspiration.
