Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is Shrimp and Grits. I elevate this Southern classic with perfectly seasoned shrimp, creamy grits, and a rich, flavorful sauce that brings everything together. It’s a dish that reflects my passion for creating comforting food with bold flavor and presentation.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is Emeril Lagasse. Growing up, I used to watch him cook with my grandad, and those memories sparked my love for food. We’d laugh and get excited every time he’d say, “Oh yeah, baby!” His passion, energy, and ability to bring people together through food continue to inspire me in my own culinary journey.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to help open a children’s culinary center where young people can learn cooking skills, nutrition, creativity, and confidence in a fun, hands-on environment. My goal is to inspire the next generation.
