Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is my French‑Cut Lollipop Teriyaki Lamb Chops. Elegant, tender, and glazed with a rich teriyaki finish that reflects my African American culinary identity.
Who is your culinary inspiration? My inspiration comes from the chefs who taught me discipline, creativity, and heart. But most of all, from myself and flavors that raised me. Competing for the third year reminds me why I cook to honor my Afican American roots, to bring joy to the table, and to keep growing. That’s the spirit I carry with me into Favorite Chef 2026.
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d invest the $25,000 into elevating my African American cuisine. After three years competing, I’m committed to expanding my private‑chef brand, upgrading equipment, and creating community food experiences that inspire the next generation.
