Who is your culinary inspiration?Growing up watching My Grandma and Mom in the kitchen and being the oldest of 6 Boys And Mom at work I had to cook and make sure things were done before Mom came home. of Course The King Mr Gordan Ramsey and All Chefs inspire me. And I can't forget my Lovely Wife Josie who is also a Pastry Chef My #1 Taste Taster My Sous Chef and My Partner In the kitchen who keeps pushing me to be My Best.
