I wouldn't say I have a signature dish. My signature is change. I change the menu at my restaurants every 10 weeks. We've had many signature dishes over the years. I believe thats the best part.
Who is your culinary inspiration?From a young age my family has been my inspiration. All the good memories I have usually consist of being around a table surrounded by good food. Food can take you places and bring you back to specific memories in time. It's a very special thing and it's what I strive for when I cook.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love to invest that money into my restaurants too give my customers an even better experience.
