My signature dish is ceviche. My background is Peruvian and Colombian so I love to use my knowledge of my heritage and showcase it in my cooking.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My family, since I was a child I’d always be in the kitchen. Whether it be with my grandparents or anyone in my family. I’m very fortunate to have grown up with a family that loves gathering and more importantly loves food.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put the $25,000 towards opening my own restaurant. It’s always been my dream to have my own restaurant and be able to show the world the food that I can cook.
