Who is your culinary inspiration?Everyone I have ever cooked with. From my mother and father to all the cooks I have grown with. Personally I belive a chef should be a sponge.
What would you do with the $25,000?Put it towards a family restuarant with one simple goal "Joy at the table". I think the greatest gift a chef could ever get is that moment you crack the kitchen doors and you hear the happiness that in the dining room. As chefs we have the power to change a day. I have had couples come in ready for a divorce, put down some good food and hospitable service and they find that little thing in each other they fell in love with. I think this is what has been lost in cooking.
