Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration was my culinary teacher and father Chef Leonardo Faustina the third he mentor me from a young age, teaching me foundations of culinary arts, pushing me to always be the best through his guidance ,l gained experience in high-level Catering and early exposure to professional environments which shaped my discipline confidence and commitment to culinary excellence.He instilled in me a deep passion for this craft that continues to guide me today teaching Majesty Faustina 9 yr
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the 25,000 to launch a food truck that serves Soul Food with purpose and experience,inspired by Faustina’s Creole & Soul Food cooking. I would also use it to support communities outreach by feeding the homeless individuals and seniors and create cooking workshop for you, including children with disabilities to build life skills.confidence And independence through culinary arts just like my father did he was a culinary teacher to help kids stay out of trouble take them to Ca
