It is hard to say what exactly is my signature dish. I enjoy making so many things and feel like I can make almost anything. I am not formally trained but growing up in an Italian family I lean more towards Mediterranean cuisine. One thing I am sure of is I am not a baker.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is my mother. I am the youngest of seven and all of us have been blessed with the ability to cook and prepare great meals from her love of taking care of us. Dad passed in 2000 and Mother (90 yrs old), a year ago this February.
What would you do with the $25,000?Hookers and Blow!! No, probably a nice vacation with my wife, Maggie, of 30 years and my(our) greatest creations, Joseph, Anthony and Mary Grace.
