Most people would say my Mac and Cheese. It’s the first dish people request or if they hear that I am cooking for a party/event.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My grandfather is my inspiration. He had a barbecue restaurant when I was young so I grew up around the restaurant environment.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the $25,000 to invest back into my culinary programs at Global Academy of Real World Learning. I want to offer different courses where culinarians all over the world, no matter what level, can enjoy and learn.
