My signature dish is a seared Ahi Tuna Negimaki Poke Bowl with smoked ginger row made by using molecular gastronomy to create the fish like row.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My family is my culinary inspiration, each of them watch different master chefs and shows like that and pour into the information they collect. They often ask me to recreate dishes and quiz me to see if I really know my stuff or not. My wife and my children inspire me daily to become a better Chef as well. They are my muse, my all.
What would you do with the $25,000?We have been really struggling to secure a home for my wife and kids so I will use some of it to get us a home and I'll use the rest to start a bakery for my wife, she deserves the world and I'm working to give it to her.
