Who is your culinary inspiration?I love chefs like Nancy Silverton, Evan Funke, Micheal Cimarusti, and more because of the ways they present their dishes. So much time, effort, thought, and hands on work goes into each dish they create. The creativity really flows. What inspired me to start cooking was growing up with my mom and aunt constantly cooking big family dinners and baking for any and all occasions.
What would you do with the $25,000?My dream right now is to open my own mobile food truck so the $25,000 would go into funding the next best food truck.
