Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest culinary inspiration was my Grandmother. She loved to cook and, even more than that, she loved feeding people. Funny enough, she wasn’t always a great cook growing up; the joke was that she could burn water. Over time though, cooking became her love language. Her food brought people together, comforted people, and brightened their day. She passed away in 2007, but I still hear stories about “Grandma’s this” or “Grandma’s that,” which says ever
What would you do with the $25,000?I’d take my food from the screen to the people, through restaurant pop-ups, events, or maybe even a food truck. My friends and family already love my food. It’s time to take it to the next level.
