Who is your culinary inspiration?My mom, growing up as one of six children in Newark NJ we didn’t have much but she always made the best out of what ever was available. I loved to cook at a young age and love hosting family. My wife and I have hosted Christmas Eve for the past 29 years where I have prepared my version of the Feast of the Seven Fishes.
What would you do with the $25,000?I treated myself to a Gozney Pizza Oven 2 years ago and I have been looking into purchasing a pizza trailer.
