Who is your culinary inspiration?Aside from my mom, it would be Hawaiian cuisine Chef Beverly Gannon. Being of Hispanic descent and growing up in the islands of Hawaii, I’ve always been drawn to creating a variety of my dishes with both sweet and spicy profiles.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would most definitely love to take a trip to visit my native origins like Spain and France and explore the cuisines around the world with the goal to bring back the knowledge and diversity to my home town in El Paso, Texas. I would also continue focus expanding my business through nutritional education, intentional cooking and hosting internationally- themed workshops.
