Receive Text UpdatesMy Cajun Chicken Pasta Salad is definitely the crowds favorite all year round. I took the ingredients from a similar salad that I got the recipe from a local grocery store and made it my own. Since then it is the most requested dish for all occasions.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My Culinary inspiration definitely was my Dad, at a pre-teen age I would always be his "sous" chef. He would ask me to cut out recipes in the Sunday newspaper to start a scrapbook for myself and which I always forgot. Not until High school did I embrace what he saw in me, that I am a natural chef. I know he is shining down on me now smiling.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the 25,000 I will pursue catering and get a food truck. I love feeding people and bringing smiles to their faces 💓
