My signature dishes are my baked macaroni and cheese and fried chicken because both dishes are an experience. My baked macaroni and cheese is rich, creamy, and layered with flavor, the kind that brings everybody back for seconds and makes people feel at home after the first bite. My fried chicken is seasoned deep, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside giving that comforting Sunday dinner feeling that instantly brings people together.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration will always be my grandmother. She was born into a family of sharecroppers and somehow she could turn the simplest ingredients into meals that felt like love, survival, and celebration all at once. Watching her cook taught me that food isn’t just about eating it’s about storytelling, strength, and bringing people together. Everything I know started in her kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I received $25,000 the first thing I’d do is thank God and make sure my family is straight. I’d invest back into my brand upgrade my kitchen and keep building something my grandmother would be proud of. Nothing flashy just creating generational opportunities from recipes that started with love and struggle.
