What would you do with the $25,000?I would rent a space at the kitchen project and cook for my community and teach a class on fresh pasta making and unique sauces. Install an outdoor kitchen with a wood oven and maybe a green house. I love cooking and providing fresh ingredients and herbs to my family and chickens.
