Receive Text UpdatesMy signature dish is a surf and turf including grilled and then pan seared lollipop lamb chops with my savory zip sauce ,accompanied with lemon garlic butter salmon and scampi shrimp with a side of soulful Mac and smoked turkey greens . I also have a collared green artichoke dip wonton that I love to serve as an appetizer.
Who is your culinary inspiration?First God because without him I wouldn't have the talent to cook and immediately after my late Great grandmother Evelyn,My Nana Annie,My Mother, My 2 admirable Sons and my supportive Uncle Avery ,God Mother Kelli and my baby brother Arwin. I'm family oriented and I want to create a better life for us all. Their support is what keep me going and focused on my dream to own a restaurant and food truck that feed children and people in need.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would donate a portion to the boys and girls club that I am the culinary manager at and then I'm going to start my restaurant and food truck so I can create a better life for my family and take care of the unfortunate people in my city of Detroit. I will later open a kitchen /boarding house to help feed and house people in need.
