Receive Text UpdatesChicken French Chicken French (Rochester, NY Style) Recipe Chicken French (also known as Chicken Francese or Française) originated in Rochester, New York. It is an Italian-American creation that was popularized in the 1970s by chef James Cianciola at the Brown Derby restaurant in the Rochester suburb of Brighton. So being created in my home City is also number one why it’s my Favorite dish to make.
Who is your culinary inspiration?Chef Gordon Ramsay is one of my biggest inspirations. His passion, intensity, creativity, and high standards in the kitchen push me to keep improving every day. I admire how he turns simple ingredients into unforgettable dishes and how much pride he takes in his craft. Watching his journey motivates me to bring my own flavor, work ethic, and energy into every kitchen I step into. He maybe harsh but he is also fair to help you become a better chef in yourself.
What would you do with the $25,000?Save it for a well needed family vacation trip.
