Receive Text UpdatesI live in Vancouver BC, and we have some of the best local ingredients, especially seafood. So my signature dish would be wild-caught seared salmon, with lemon dill buerre blanc, with mushroom risotto.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I have many culinary inspirations, but my biggest inspiration was my mother. When I was a kid she would always let me help her in the kitchen, and I just loved sharing that experience with her and creating so many lasting memories. My daughter who is 3yrs old also shares that same passion I have and now she is always in the kitchen helping me.
What would you do with the $25,000?With the cost of everything going up these days, the $25k would be a huge financial help to my family, but also I would love to celebrate the win of course and take them on a vacation to Hawaii. Everything I do, I do for them, and they support me in everything I do, and this is just another way to say thank you to them.
