Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mom. Marcus Samuelson highlighting regional cuisines. Spain, Italy, France, Japan, Mexico, Brazil. I find enjoyment in fusing flavors from various regions in unexpected ways.
What would you do with the $25,000?I plan to open a food truck. I currently cannot divulge the name or aspects of the business plan.
