My food represents resilience, culture, and the journey I’ve lived through after losing my father and rebuilding my life through cooking in the United States.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My biggest inspiration is my father. After his passing, cooking became more than a job—it became my purpose and my healing. Every challenge I faced in the United States pushed me to grow stronger through food. I’m also inspired by the people I serve every day, because food has the power to comfort, unite, and create unforgettable moments.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would invest the money into building my culinary dream and creating opportunities for others. I want to grow my personal brand, support my family, and continue sharing my story through food. I would also use part of it to help people going through difficult moments, because I know what it feels like to start over with nothing but faith and determination.
