Who is your culinary inspiration?Although there so many amazing chefs around the world my most influential cooks I’ve ever had the highest honor of learning from were my 2 grandmothers and mom. They would make feasts out of nothing sometimes and feed us all. And that kind of love drove me to appreciate food more.
What would you do with the $25,000?It would help put a down payment on a ghost kitchen.
