Who is your culinary inspiration?Many inspirations come from my childhood and just wanting to help my family out . My father had a restaurant in NY when I was young .and working there in 2000 was fun but hard work. Plus my brother is one of my favorite chefs and unfortunately when he was pursuing his degree we lost our older brother to gun violence; so I really graduated from culinary school for the sake of our passion honestly. I'm sure my brothers are proud of me .
What would you do with the $25,000?I would start a nonprofit to contribute to my communities. I would also start my lounge to fund my food truck and restaurants eventually. Only time would tell though but it's a master plant sprouting slowly but surely.
