I would like to suggest the following menu items for my signature dish: - Lollipop Lamb Chops - Herb-infused basmati rice - Ricotta whipped potatoes
Who is your culinary inspiration?My uncle Frank has always been my inspiration. He’s full-blooded American Indian and was in Vietnam for a period. When I was young he would introduce me to different spices and foods. He would go to the reservations and would bring back spices that he said people outside the reservation didn't know about.
What would you do with the $25,000?If I won the $25,000, I would buy a food trailer. The trailer would have a back porch with smokers on it. The kitchen would be a full kitchen with two drop fryers, a flat top, a six-burner stove, a panani press, and a Rational. I would also have coffee and drinks machines. My menu would change seasonal. Smoking food in the summer, burritos in the morning, sandwich, burger, and rice bowl specials, and fresh fish and chips.
