Who is your culinary inspiration?My hero in life my mum inspire me to be excellent person , to care and serve and love people every day she is the best when it comes to cooking and my first Chef in the Kitchen , A Master Chef of France Chef Jonathan Jerusalmy and my Korean Chef Chef Brian Lee , truly inspired and motivate me the Chef I am today. I truly respect them and forever grateful for their amazing mentorship and show me how to really embrace the heart of what we do as a Chef !!
