Who is your culinary inspiration?I have many. We all love the greats. But I have had the pleasure of working under and next some great every day Chefs. Such as, Chef Jill Ramsier of Deschutes Brewery and Chef Nate of Jake's Famous Crawfish.
What would you do with the $25,000?Me partner and I have been Chefs for over 20 yrs and would love to start a kitchen or cart to help children and family in need w food insecurities. Both of us have experienced not having food and that should never be the case for any human
