Simple, but delicious - my Harvest Chicken Salad on a croissant. Apples, dried cranberries, and red onion paired with juicy chicken on a buttery, flaky pastry. Yum! There are over 50 dishes on my menu, but this one is always a crowd-pleaser!
Who is your culinary inspiration?I love Ina Garten! From catering roots to renowned chef, she elevated comfort food to a new level, and with such class. She took a chance with building a new career, just like me, and thrived!
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards a down payment on my own kitchen! I've been renting a ghost kitchen and I can't wait to open my own place. Also, I really would like to hire some helpers - it's been just me in the kitchen doing all of the cooking, managing the administrative side of business, marketing, social media, and even deliveries and serving - I'd love some help, and to be able to pay them well for their hard work!
