Receive Text UpdatesJust one? That's so hard! I love the spicy veggie seafood ramen I make. I'm Italian so there's an Italian sausage dish that's the bomb! Desserts, The "Elise" is my most requested. Named for my niece. I created it from her favorite things.
Who is your culinary inspiration?I'm fourth generation Italian so all of the women past and present that passed their recipes and love for cooking down. Also all of the female chefs that are thriving on Food Network now and in the restaurant industry inspire me.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would love a small store front to do homemade pick up family style dinners. I would treat my parents and kids to a trip. I also have a food pantry at our church I would donate to.
