Receive Text UpdatesChicken broccoli Alfredo stuffed shells: Boneless, skinless chicken thighs chopped up into bite size pieces and browned in a skillet, Alfredo sauce with fresh broccoli, blended together in a food processor and stuffed into jumbo shells on a bed of tomato sauce covered in parmesan, Romano, asiago and mozzarella and baked.
Who is your culinary inspiration?There are several chefs that I look up to and gain inspiration from. Joshua Weissman, Alton Brown, Bobby Flay and my mom. They all have very different cooking styles and use big flavors. I really enjoy creating new recipes based loosely on existing recipes.
What would you do with the $25,000?Catch up on bills and help my partner get the acl surgery he needs.
