Who is your culinary inspiration?Crystal Wilkinson and Brad Leone are the first that come to mind as their culinary ethos are closest to my own. They cook seasonal food in a way that celebrates each ingredient and the memories in the kitchen with our loved ones and ancestors.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the money to scale operations on our small first-generation farm to grow more food, expand my culinary brand, and host farm to table dinners, tours, cooking classes and experiences.
