Who is your culinary inspiration?My Mom!!!! I watched her make dinner night after night. Not always having the best or many ingredients available. I never went hungry. I tried new things. I was able to explore my culinary imagination. It has brought me so far. I now get to pass that to my two daughters. Some cycles are meant to live on. I do my best to do my part.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would be able to open my own cafe. A budding start to my brunch restaurant. The beginning of my family’s generational wealth.Family owned. Family ran. Family recipes, and memories to share with my community. -Chef Moon
