My signature dish is Southern Fried Fish, golden, crispy, seasoned to perfection, served alongside chilled soul-style potato salad and slow-simmered collard greens cooked with love. Every plate carries the energy of abundance, health & wealth. And yes, this Southern classic can be fully prepared VEGAN with the same bold, soulful flavors. Same love. Same taste. Zero compromise.
Who is your culinary inspiration?My culinary inspiration is the legendary Chef Paul Prudhomme, the Louisiana Cajun master who showed the world that bold, soulful cooking has no boundaries. His fearless use of spice, flavor and love for Southern cuisine lit a fire in me that I carry into every dish I create. Because of him I know that food is more than a meal, it is a movement. I cook in his honor every single time I step in that kitchen.
What would you do with the $25,000?The $25,000 would expand my food trailer operations and fill a critical gap in Mobile, AL. While some restaurants offer a vegan item or two, there is no sole dedicated vegan soul food one stop shop in this city. I will change that. My mission is to bring bold, soulful, plant based cuisine to the streets, promoting healthier lifestyles and showing our community that eating well does not mean sacrificing flavor, love, abundance or wealth. Mobile deserves its own vegan home. I am that.
